New Age Services Inc. is a purpose-driven, pioneering-minded, and people-oriented agency. We are united by our shared values to serve a purpose bigger than ourselves. We look beyond what we are doing well to see where we can still serve further. And we do this by caring deeply about each other, our clients, partners, and the community at large.

These 3Ps – purpose, pioneering, and people – are our cultural cornerstones. They guide how we think, speak, and act. So this means we:

  1. Advocate passionately for those who are unable to speak up fully for themselves
  2. Set a standard of high performance
  3. Go the extra mile to build caring and meaningful relationships
  4. Empower employees to take initiative
  5. Expect everyone to take ownership and share the workload
  6. Welcome new ways of thinking and better ways of acting

  • Abuse Prevention and Response Protocol
  • Medication Administration
  • First Aid and CPR
  • Non- Violent Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI)
  • Infection Prevention and Control

  • FOIP

We also provide workshops or training sessions on specific topics such as back care/lifting, mental health, behavioral management, suicide prevention, FAS, infectious diseases, and many more.

We have partnered with Bow Valley College to provide The Community Disabilities Studies Certificate Course to our staff. The course is online and meets the Work Force Job Classification requirements. Staff without educational qualifications are supported to become qualified with a Disabilities Studies Certificate or certificate in Human Services. Since 2012, New Age Services Inc. has been working with Bow Valley College to have their Disabilities and Community Services Certificate program offered to our staff by attending in-house classes part-time or completing the course online.
